the austin food & wine festival turns 15 this year, with a weekend built around live-fire cooking at auditorium shores. it opens friday night with made in texas at the long center (7–9:30pm), then saturday and sunday bring chef tastings, grilling demos, and wine, beer, and spirits sampling from 1–5:30pm.
