About Meat Carneval

Meat Carneval was created by two Israeli chefs, Gili Ben Shahar and Ohad Kvity, inspired by their lifelong desire to provide people with delicious food and invite camaraderie through interactive entertainment. Meat Carneval exists without a brick-and-mortar restaurant by creating pop-up events throughout Israel at secret locations. Meat Carneval events typically sell out within 48 hours of releasing tickets and have many loyal guests who know that no two events are alike. The chefs have authored two best-selling Israeli cookbooks and are “up and coming” in the United States. Gili Ben Shahar and Ohad Kvity aspire to connect farmers and ranchers with consumers and facilitate programs to give back to Israeli Veterans suffering from PTSD.
