One of my absolute favorite areas of Austin, is South Congress. There is an incredibly entrancing view you get when you are in the middle of the street and look north, straight to the State Capitol. Austin City Limits Music Festival, ACL, has been a concert festival since 2002 in the beautiful Zilker Park in Austin, Texas.
